01 The brief

Petal & Press took orders by phone, which meant missed calls, double-booked Saturdays, and no presence online when someone searched at 11pm. They wanted to sell arrangements and take bookings while they slept.

It had to be effortless on a phone — most of their customers find them on Instagram and never touch a desktop.

02 The approach

We built a SvelteKit site backed by Supabase, with availability that updates in real time so two people can't book the last delivery slot. The checkout is mobile-first and runs on Stripe; the whole flow is a few taps.

Behind the scenes, a simple dashboard lets the team manage slots, products and orders without us in the loop.

03 The outcome

Online bookings rose 44% in the first quarter, missed orders dropped, and the team got their evenings back.
